Usually, what with all the food sensitivities and digestive challenges,
I'm a very healthy eater. Like, a lot of people SAY they eat "pretty healthy". I truly do. Mostly. I've even recently committed myself to increasing my vegetable intake even more.
(so there! *sticks out tongue like a two-year old)
But sometimes even the mighty fall, and I am not immune to the siren song of potato chips and burying a bit of anxiety in a bottle of wine.
These things happen.
So what to do? Say "Screw it!" and continue to downward spiral into a place of
personal disgust for your own behavior?
Or just start a new day fresh with optimism and self-love?
Sometimes that optimism and self-love seems pretty scarce. I get that.
But it's there. It may just take some effort and implementing some new patterns to connect to that.
It's not impossible. It's a rather pleasurable process, actually.
We just have to take the first steps to get out of an old rut.
Sitting around wishing for things to change...
I've tried it. And it doesn't seem to work. ):
You've got to DO SOMETHING. And it need not be an ENORMOUS thing.
Could you eat an extra serving of vegetables today?
Could you take a moment to enjoy the spring blossoms?
Could you ponder something you are grateful for?
Taking these small steps moves you in the right direction without adding stress and overwhelm to your already stressed life.
So what can you do today?
If you need more assistance in creating an easy path to better health, fitness, energy, and outlook, perhaps the thing you can do today is schedule your Body and Brain Breakthrough session.
