You suck and you're a failure

Your failures teach you.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
They basically give you the guidelines of what will and won't work for you.
Most of the success you experience comes through the lessons learned during the failures...
Most women don't look at it that way when it comes to their body. They just beat themselves down about not sticking with another diet. They just feel less confident and less valuable because of a muffin top.
STOP THE MADNESS, PLEASE!
Look at what you've done. You're here. You've survived. You've raised well-mannered children. You've kept a marriage alive (even though there were times you wanted to kill your husband!). You've accomplished many things.
And you can accomplish your body and health desires, too.
Just look at the failures. And do something that will work for you.
"How do you do that?" you ask.
Stop trying to fit your amazingly unique self into a bland, uniform space and instead create the change in a way that works for you.
No, I'm not saying there's a magical place where we can all eat cake and drink wine all day and be model-thin with six-pack abs and all that jazz.
But there definitely IS an easier way to get to your happy place.
In fact, it's probably right in front of your face. In the failures.
If you think you're ready to get some assistance, and use your previous experiences as a guidepost for future success, I recommend you chat with me and see what we can formulate together.

Not Your voodoo priestess

Do you say you don't care about your fat,

like "it is what it is"?

Do you loudly proclaim you just want to enjoy your life,

implying you wouldn't if you led a healthier lifestyle?

But I suspect deep down inside, the reason you say

these things is out of disappointment and fear that

you won't ever feel comfortable with yourself, your body, your choices, your health...

You can make changes any time you wish.

We are all capable to do so.

But it IS HARD for most of us, myself included.

I know you've tried before and IF you can embrace those attempts

as learning experiences of what didn't work,

and figure out a specific plan that is

designed for one unique individual person, THAT IS YOU,

then you can accomplish what you wish to.

Yes, there's some sacrifices, I mean, I certainly can't help if you

intend to change nothing, yet receive results.

I am not magic. Just got back from New Orleans, where apparently 1/3

of the population is a voodoo priestess, but not me.

But if we can figure it out together, in a way that doesn't add stress or strain on you,

baby steps if need be, but enough to keep you going and progressing,

that is a great path to someplace you've wanted to go for a long time.

It's called creating a sustainable way.  It's called balancing the fight or flight response.

It's called not forcing yourself into a stress ball of tension because you try to do too much

and end up quitting in 3 days.  <<<<<<you know what I'm talking about, don't you???

anywho, if this sounds sensible and perhaps even a little exciting, and more

importantly, POSSIBLE, then I invite you to get more info.  <<<Click on that
right there to learn:

  • Discover how you can lose weight and gain massive energy in minutes per day without feeling overwhelmed or frustrated so that you can KEEP YOUR RESULTS
  • Two things you are ALREADY DOING every day that just need tweaked for better results
  • Controversial!  How NOT going for weight loss helps you lose weight
  • How to go from stressed out and ragged to calm, clarity, and focus for better productivity at work, and improved relationships at home
  • All this plus two bonuses shared in this easy 5 minute read.
  • FREE $100 gift if you act fast----Limited Time Offer

In the meantime, I will give you a quick tip.

What's something very simple that you could implement

TODAY

that would get you moving in the right direction?

*Maybe you could try taking more deep breaths to feel more relaxed

*Perhaps having an extra serving of vegetables

Wishing you much health and happiness,

Jennifer

PS

I just want to point out that the more knowledge you gain,

without implementation, only serves to further depress you

about where you are.  (Ask me how I know this)

Where you are is fine, and if you start taking action,

you will move in the direction you wish to go and feel better.

So do a little something to make yourself feel good

today, ok?

change sucks

BE-DO-HAVE

We all want some sort of transformation in our life. The tricky part is that we don't actually want CHANGE. Because change sucks.

So what's got to happen is a little series of things, if we actually wish to accomplish our goals.

You want to HAVE something different. You need to DO something different...But for you to be able to do something different for any sustained length of time>>>>>>>you have to BE different.

So at the end of the day, it comes down to our minds more so than anything else.

Because you really don't need more information. You need to figure out HOW TO IMPLEMENT what you know and INTEGRATE it into being a PART OF WHO YOU ARE BECOMING. i.e. creating a new habit.

If you'd like to explore how to get the BRAIN BREAKTHROUGHS to achieve your body breakthroughs, click on the consult button at the top of the page where I will share with you the exact strategy of how to do this.

But if you are feeling so NOT in the "be mode" that you can't muster the strength for getting on the phone with me just yet, that's cool.  I can let fear and doubt hold me back like nobody's business, so I get it. But please get on my email list, so you can keep getting my short and sassy (just like me) messages of inspiration, or sometimes just how I'm feeling like a failure myself.  Click the button below and join me.
