How many times have you committed to an exercise a/o diet regimen, only to have it flop? Have you said with true conviction “THIS TIME I’m gonna make it work”?

When your clothes fit well, and you feel strong, confident, and energized, with blood pressure and heart rate in good range, when stress is decreased and managed better, when your focus is sharp, when you just plain feel REALLY good—-not just healthy but proud of your appearance (and your spouse starts getting that sparkle in their eye again), that’s when life is at its best.
Yet, time after time, for some reason, either you get short-term results that aren’t sustainable, or you just quit doing stuff that was working, or sometimes, you quit because it wasn’t yielding the results you were after.
And so I might know about where you are right now. You’ve tried. REALLY, REALLY tried. And you don’t want to give up, but you are pretty skeptical of everything out there.
Would you consider for a moment that maybe it isn’t your fault? I know it is easy to succumb to the death spiral of guilt, of “not wanting it bad enough” (You do.) Or of “not having proper willpower”. (Willpower is a bogus concept in the field of healthy change.) While most all the programs out there spout the same tired crap, “Go hard or go home” “Just do it” and the like, most of the women I work with already are doing it and going hard non-stop at work and life.
